(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 72.05 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99, unless otherwise provided for in this § 72.05. In addition to any penalties for violation, the Municipal Police Department may impound any all-terrain vehicle or utility-type vehicle when operated in violation of state law or municipal code, in the same situation as any violation in connection with a motor vehicle.
