§ 71.10 MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING OVER FIRE DAYS PROHIBITED.
   No licensed motor vehicle shall be continuously parked upon any street within the city for more than five days consecutively. The city police are authorized to impound any vehicle parked in violation of this section and keep the same in his or her possession until called for by the owner. Said motor vehicle shall not be surrendered to the owner thereof until all fines and costs assessed against him or her have been paid, and in addition thereto, until the owner shall have paid the City Clerk-Treasurer the cost of transportation of the vehicle, together with all storage charges against the same.
