§ 70.60 PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning a motor vehicle licensed in the state to operate such motor vehicle within the city unless such person, at all times during such operation, has in the motor vehicle current and effective proof of financial responsibility as required by state law.
