§ 70.31 PASSING; INTERSECTIONS, RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not overtake and pass another vehicle proceeding in the same direction, while traversing a street intersection or railroad crossing, if such passing requires such overtaking vehicle to drive to the left of the center of the street.
