§ 70.04 TURNING GENERALLY; U-TURNS.
   (A)   No vehicle shall make a U-turn, which is defined as a vehicle making a turn to proceed in the opposite direction, upon any curve or upon the approach to or near the crest of a grade where the vehicle cannot be seen by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from either direction within 500 feet.

   (B)   Vehicles turning to the right into an intersecting street shall approach such intersection in the lane of traffic nearest to the right-hand side of the highway and must turn the corner as near the right-hand curb as possible to keep between the curb to the right and the center of the intersection of the two streets. The driver of a vehicle intending to turn to the left shall approach the intersection in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the direction of travel of such vehicle and, after entering the intersection, the left turn shall be made so as to leave the intersection, as nearly as practicable, in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in such direction upon the roadway being entered. Whenever practicable, the left turn shall be made in the portion of the intersection to the left of the center of the intersection.
