For the purpose of this title, the following definition and the other definitions in Neb. RS 60-606 through 60-676 shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS DISTRICT. The portion of the municipality embraced within and the area of public streets enumerated as follows: Center Avenue from Broadway to the Burlington Northern Railroad Crossing; 14th Street from 14th Avenue to 16th Avenue; 13th Street from 14th Avenue to 16th Avenue; 12th Street from 13th Avenue to Center Avenue; and the streets running parallel and north of the Burlington Railroad tracks from 14th Avenue to 16th Avenue.
