It shall be unlawful for any individual business or corporation to dispose of hazardous materials by depositing those materials in the containers placed by the city or the city’s garbage contractor. Any individual, business or corporation placing hazardous materials in city collection containers shall be subject to a local, state and federal regulations, including penalties.
