§ 35.10 APPLICATION TO PROPERTY OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   All ordinances and provisions of this code shall apply to any property owned, maintained or operated by the city which is located outside the city limits. City police are hereby authorized to enforce the applicable provisions of the city code to any property owned, maintained or operated by the city which is located outside the city limits.
