The 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as approved and published by the International Conference of Building Officials, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Official of the City, is adopted as the abatement of dangerous buildings code of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa, subject to the revisions, modification, additions, and deletions in the following existing sections.
