(A) The purpose of this policy is to provide for the prudent management of all public funds in accordance with the stated investment philosophy of the Clerk-Treasurer as fiscal officer for the village. The Fiscal Officer and all staff members shall adhere to this policy, R.C. Chapter 135, and all other applicable laws and regulations at all times.
(B) This policy has been approved and adopted by the Fiscal Officer, and the Village Council, and a copy has been filed with the Auditor of the State of Ohio as required by R.C. § 135.14.
