(A) A Law Enforcement Trust Fund is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 2933.43 (D)(1) for the receipt of proceeds and monies forfeited pursuant to provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
(B) A Mandatory Drug Fund is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 2925.03 (F) for the receipt of mandatory drug offenses fines imposed pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.
(C) A Law Enforcement and Education Fund is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 4511.99 (A)(1) for receipt of funds from fines imposed for violations of provisions of the Ohio Revised Code prohibiting the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
