(A) All ordinances, resolutions and any orders, proclamations, notices, or reports required by ordinance to be published, shall be published pursuant to R.C. § 751.25 (A) by posting three copies thereof for 15 days in the following five public places within the village:
(1) One at the Office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer of Minster, 5 W. Fourth St., Minster, Ohio;
(2) One at the United States Post Office, 62 E. Fourth Street, Minster, Ohio;
(3) One at the Minster Bank, 95 W. Fourth St., Minster, Ohio;
(4) One at the Frances J. Stallo Memorial Library, 196 E. Fourth Street, Minster, Ohio.
(B) The place of posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such building and readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
