§ 94.03 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAY APPROACH APRONS.
   (A)   All public sidewalks hereafter constructed or repaired in the village, including sidewalks crossing driveway areas, shall be constructed of concrete. No public sidewalks, including those crossing driveways, may hereafter be constructed of stone, gravel, asphalt or any other material than concrete.

   (B)   New streets or streets that are improved with a new integral curb and gutter and a new 404 pavement shall have concrete drive installed from the curb to the sidewalks (or where the sidewalk normally would be installed). These driveway aprons shall conform to the details on file with the Village Administrator. These driveway aprons shall be installed within 12 months after the installation of the 404 pavement. All concrete shall have a minimum strength of 4000 pounds per square inch at 28 days, and shall be properly cured. The property owner shall pay for the above improvements and nonconformance with this division (B) shall allow the village to perform the above work and collect the bill from the property owner.
