§ 92.01 OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED.

It shall be illegal for any person, partnership, corporation, or any other entity to burn any material within the corporation limits of the village. This shall include the use of all burn barrels, outside incinerators, open burning, and any other type of outside burning.
