§ 75.38 SNOW EMERGENCY.

In the event of a declared snow emergency by the Mayor, the Mayor will have the authority to lift any and all regulations of this chapter regarding snowmobiles to insure the health and safety of all persons in the village as to aid and assist in emergency and rescue operations.
