§ 75.09 OPERATION OF GO-KARTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate a go-kart on any street, alley or other public property within the village.
   (B)   Any person violating this section shall be fined not more than $50 for the first violation and $300 for the second violation.
