§ 75.07 RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PEDESTRIANS; PARKING BICYCLES.
   (A)   Pedestrians on sidewalks or in marked crosswalks shall have the right-of-way at all times over persons riding bicycles.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park a bicycle in a motor vehicle parking space on a street, or in any other prohibited area.
