(A) All village equipment and facilities shall be for use by the village only unless some specific approval is obtained for each exception to this rule. This approval shall be from the Mayor, the President of the Council, or in the absence of both of the above, one or more of the Council members.
(B) When cooperation with any other organization is desired in the use of village equipment or facilities it shall be approved by the Mayor, the President of the Council, or in their absence one or more members of the Council.
(C) At no time shall any village equipment or facilities be used for the personal use of any of the village employees, officers, or of any individual.
(D) All village equipment shall be marked with the name of the village in a conspicuous spot with large enough letters to be identifiable at a reasonable distance.
