§ 52.998 LEGAL ACTION.
   (A)   Whenever the Council has reason to believe that a person has violated the provisions of this chapter, it may direct the Village Solicitor to seek any or all of the following remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction:
      (1)   Injunctive relief.
      (2)   Civil action for damages.
      (3)   Civil action to collect user charges and civil penalties.
   (B)   Council may also direct the Solicitor to refer any violation of this chapter to the Prosecutor of the Auglaize County Municipal Court for criminal prosecution.
