§ 52.075 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PURPOSE OF DISCHARGE INSPECTION.
   A duly authorized employee of the village bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurements, sampling and testing pertinent to discharge of the sanitary sewer system in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
