The village shall have the right at all times to inspect the piping and sanitary system, including any associated equipment, at any reasonable hour to make certain that no illicit or illegal connections are in existence. If noncompliance is found, the village shall have the right to require and take such actions as are necessary to correct the problem(s), including immediate discontinuance of water and/or sanitary sewer service, without notice. In the event that the village incurs expenses in order to assure compliance with these regulations, the property owner will be required to reimburse the village for such expenses. In the event of a discontinuance of service, such service shall not be reestablished until the condition is corrected to the satisfaction of the village, with no expense to the village.
