Village Administrator is hereby authorized to promulgate additional rules and regulations, including but not limited to the adoption of forms and application submittal requirements, to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare. Such rules, and amendments thereto shall be consistent with this code, and shall be subject to the approval of the Village Administrator.
