§ 52.028 APPROVAL OF CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   No sewer service shall be connected until all connections incident thereto shall have been inspected and approved by a representative of the village.
   (B)   No sanitary sewer service line shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system if that service line will contain flows other than sanitary wastewater. Roof drains, yard and area drains, footer drains, or any line other than that which serves a sanitary system are prohibited from connection to the village's sanitary sewer system. The village reserves the right to inspect any sanitary service line if the village has reason to believe that the line contains flows other than sanitary wastewater. This inspection will be at the expense of the property owner if an illegal connection is found, and the property owner will be required to correct any problems that have been identified by the inspection at their own expense.
   (C)   The Village Council reserves the right to limit connections to the sanitary sewer system at any time it determines that sufficient capacity is not available in the sanitary sewer system and/or the wastewater treatment plant to service such connections.
