Disconnection may only occur during normal business hours and subject to the following conditions:
(A) Disconnection may not occur after 12:30 p.m. on a day preceding a day during which reconnection is not available;
(B) On the day of termination, personal notice to the customer must be provided, and if no one is at home, then written notice must be securely attached in a conspicuous place prior to termination;
(C) The employee who terminates the service will be authorized to be able to make available to the customer a means to avoid disconnection, but shall not be authorized to accept payment from the customer or to make extended payment arrangements.
