§ 50.21 BILLING PROCEDURE AND COLLECTIONS.

   (A)   Meters will be read on the earliest date possible after the first of the month.

   (B)   Payment is expected by the first of the month.

   (C)   Delinquency and termination procedures shall be in accordance with §§ 50.35 through 50.39 below of this chapter.

   (D)   R.C. § 4933.12.1 shall be followed during the winter heating season.
