§ 50.03 VILLAGE UTILITIES LIMITED TO RESIDENTS; EXCEPTIONS.
   The use of village controlled utilities shall be limited to residents of the village except:
   (A)   In those cases where services are already being provided to nonresidents;
   (B)   In those cases where exceptions are made by the Village Administrator.
