(A) All remote water meters, remote cistern meters, and electric meters, either installed or relocated from and after February 1, 1989 shall be installed in close proximity to one another (24" shall be presumed acceptable) and at a height of not less than 44 nor more than 64 inches, unless another height is approved, in advance by the Village Administrator.
(B) Any premises upon which any utility meter has been installed in violation in the terms of this section shall be denied access to village utility services.
