§ 76.16 PARKING IN EXCESS OF 72 HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall stop or leave standing any vehicle upon the public streets or alleys within the village or upon any municipal parking lot within the village or upon any property owned by the village for a period in excess of 72 hours.
   (B)   Any person who has parked a vehicle upon public streets, alleys of the village or in a municipal parking lot, or upon municipally-owned property, must wait 72 hours before they may stop, park or leave standing a vehicle on that same street or alley or the municipal parking lot or property owned by the village.
   (C)   This section is not intended to change the restriction on parking in business districts and other parts of the village where an ordinance regulates parking in a specific location in the village.
   (D)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
