§ 37.16 RULES AND REGULATIONS TO COMPLEMENT INCOME TAX ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The rules and regulations to complement the Minster income tax ordinance are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
