(A) The village hereby adopts by reference and makes a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein, an Identity Theft Prevention Program, in accordance with the requirements of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, and as set forth in Resolution No. 09-04-01.
(B) The village appoints the Village Administrator and Fiscal Officer as the oversight committee to oversee the operation and compliance of the village’s Identity Theft Prevention Program.
(C) The village authorizes the Village Administrator to approve modifications to the Identity Theft Prevention Program as needed to meet the needs of the utility department and to maintain compliance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act.
