(1) For the payment of administrative costs and refunds.
(2) Five thousand dollars to the swimming pool fund.
(3) Forty percent of the balance to the general fund.
(4) Sixty percent of the balance to the Waste Water Treatment Plant Renovation Fund until $2,700,000 is placed in such fund.
(B) Upon the collection of $2,700,000 in the Waste Water Treatment Plant Renovation Fund, the income derived from § 37.02 shall be appropriated, as provided by law, as follows:
(1) For the payment of administrative costs and refunds.
(2) Sixty percent of the balance to the general fund.
(3) Forty percent of the balance to the Capital Improvement Fund.
