§ 37.01 PURPOSE.

To provide funds for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, operating and acquiring of capital improvements, including street drainage and for general municipal operations in the village and there shall be and hereby is levied a tax on qualifying wages, commissions and other compensation and on net profits as hereinafter provided.
