§ 36.04 ADOPTION OF ALCOHOL AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE TESTING POLICY.
   The Alcohol and Controlled Substance Testing Policy dated February 19, 1996 is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein.
