§ 36.02 EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN ADOPTED.
   The employee classification and compensation plan, which is adopted annually by the village, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein.
