The board of local improvements shall have all powers and duties conferred and imposed by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/9-2-1 et seq., as supplemented by 50 Illinois Compiled Statutes 460/1 et seq. (Ord. 2003-01, 1-14-2003)
