A. For the purposes of this chapter, any area or parcel of property that is or may be dedicated to the village for the purposes of conservation and/or preservation shall be considered "public property" for the purposes of applying this chapter to any trees located within any such area or parcel.
B. To the extent that any plat, agreement, or other legally-operative document used to affect the dedication of a conservation area or easement to the village (i.e. the dedication document) has restrictions or provisions that conflict with or are more restrictive than the provisions of this chapter, the terms and provisions of the dedication document shall control.
