There is hereby created the Minooka EMA to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage, or other hostile action, or from natural or manmade disaster, in accordance with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act1. 20 ILCS 3305/1 et seq.1.
The EMA shall consist of the Coordinator and such additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator. (1977 Code; 1997 Code)
