As soon as possible after their appointment, the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall organize by the election of a chairman and secretary and such other officers as may in their judgment be necessary. All the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall receive compensation of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission attended by that member. If the Planning and Zoning Commission shall deem it advisable to secure technical advice or service, it may do so upon authority from the Board of Trustees and appropriation by the Board of Trustees therefor. The Village Clerk shall keep the minutes, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact, and shall also keep records of its examinations and other official actions, prepare the reports and perform all other administrative matters involving the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Village Clerk shall attend all meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission without additional compensation. (Ord. 1995-19, 6-13-1995)
