1-17-12: REVIEW UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW LAW:

Judicial review of final determinations of parking, standing, or compliance violations and final administrative decisions issued after hearings regarding vehicle immobilization and impoundment made under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the administrative review law.
