No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any of the following places:
A. In an alley or alleyway so as to interfere with traffic or emergency vehicles traveling through the alley.
B. Within fifteen feet (15') of a fire hydrant or so as to block the use of a fire hydrant.
C. On a roadway so as to impair the vision of traffic at an intersection.
D. On the left of any roadway.
E. In zones marked "No Parking". (Ord. 2012-14, 6-26-2012)
F. In parking spaces designated for "Handicapped Parking" in violation of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1301.3 or in violation of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1301.5. (Ord. 2013-04, 1-22-2013)
G. In areas designated and posted "No Overnight Parking". This shall apply to any municipal parking areas or any private areas falling within the guidelines of the Illinois vehicle code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-209.
H. In areas designated and posted by sign, during the hours, dates and/or time period specified on said sign.
I. Vehicles shall park in designated parking stalls. It is prohibited to park vehicles on grass on all public property, unless permitted by the village.
J. On the driveway of Aux Sable Springs Park.
K. Upon any portion of a sidewalk so as to encroach or otherwise obstruct the sidewalk, unless the sidewalk has been designated and posted as a permitted parking area.
L. On a crosswalk.
M. In the area between roadways of a divided highway, including crossovers.
N. In a street other than parallel with the curb and with the two (2) right wheels of the vehicle within twelve inches (12") of the regularly established curb line, except upon those streets that have been marked for angle parking where the vehicle is parked at the angle to the curb indicated by the marking.
