A. In order to control and regulate traffic within the village there is hereby adopted the Illinois vehicle code, being particularly 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
B. Pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-40-1 and 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-208(a)(7), the village hereby adopts Illinois Compiled Statutes chapter 625, act 5, chapter 15, including, but not limited to, its numbering system, size, weight, load regulations, permits, and violations/penalties, by reference and it is incorporated as a part of this code as if set out at length herein.
C. Pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-80-2 and 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-208(a)(2) and 5/11-208(a)(15), the village hereby adopts 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-401(d) and 5/3-815, including its numbering system, schedules and violations/penalties, by reference and it is incorporated as a part of this code as if set out at length herein.
