If the administrative fee and towing and storage charges are not paid:
A. After the time for an administrative hearing has expired, or
B. Within thirty five (35) days after entry of an administrative fee against an owner of record after an administrative hearing and the owner did not file a petition for administrative review, or
C. Within thirty five (35) days after an action seeking administrative review has been resolved in favor of the village,
the village shall be authorized to dispose of said vehicle (including contents and license plates) in the manner provided by law for the disposition of unclaimed motor vehicles. (Ord. 2011-30, 12-20-2011)
