8-2-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
   A.   Enumerated: A person commits disorderly conduct when he knowingly:
      1.   Does any act in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace; or
      2.   While acting as a collection agency as defined in the "collection agency act" or as an employee of such collection agency, and while attempting to collect an alleged debt, makes a telephone call to the alleged debtor which is designed to harass, annoy or intimidate the alleged debtor; or
      3.   Transmits or causes to be transmitted a false report to the department of public health under the nursing home care act; or
      4.   Transmits or causes to be transmitted a false report under article II of "an act in relation to victims of violence and abuse", approved September 16, 1984, as amended; or
      5.   Knowingly does or makes any unreasonable or offensive act, utterance, gesture, or display that under the circumstances creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace or imminent threat of violence; or
      6.   Knowingly fails to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a person known to be a peace officer under circumstances under which three (3) or more persons are committing acts of disorderly conduct in the immediate vicinity that are likely to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm; or
      7.   Knowingly assembles with three (3) or more persons for the purpose of using force or violence to disturb the public peace; or
      8.   Wilfully makes or assists in the making of any noise or diversion that disturbs or tends to disturb the peace or good order of a school session or class while on public or private grounds adjacent to any building in which a school or any class is in session; or
      9.   Engages in fighting, threatening or tumultuous behavior upon any school property, public or private; or
      10. Wilfully makes or assists in the making of any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or noises, caused by any horn, bell, radio, loudspeaker, vehicle, motorcycle, dirt bike, or other such instrument, which are of such character, intensity and duration as to annoy, disturb, injure or endanger the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others within the village.    B.   Penalty: In addition to all other remedies, any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this section shall be sentenced as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 2011-29, 12-20-2011)
