6-6-7: PREREQUISITE TO ANNEXATION AGREEMENT:

The dedications of land or cash contributions in lieu thereof or combination of both as required by this chapter shall also be a matter of policy of the village and provisions therefor shall be incorporated in any annexation agreement governing such land. (Ord. 2003-07, 2-25-2003)
