6-3-3: ALLEYS AND PEDESTRIANWAYS:

A. Alleys, when permitted in residential subdivisions, shall be at least twenty feet (20') wide, and alleys in commercial and manufacturing subdivisions shall be not less than thirty feet (30') wide. (Ord., 5-15-1974)

B. Pedestrianways, when recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and approved by the Village Board, shall be at least twelve feet (12') wide. (Ord., 5-15-1974; amd. Ord. 1993-12, 8-24-1993)
