6-2-10: BUILDING AND OCCUPANCY PERMIT:
   A.   Building Permits: No building permit shall be granted by any village official for the use of any building, structure or land improvement within a subdivision or planned unit development (PUD) approved for platting or replatting until the following improvements have been installed, inspected, and approved by the applicable village authority:
      1.   Sanitary sewer;
      2.   Water main;
      3.   Storm sewer, including sump pump collector lines;
      4.   Storm water detention;
      5.   Aggregate base course; and
      6.   Curb and gutter.
   B.   Building And Occupancy Permits For Model Homes: Building permits may be issued for the construction of model homes, to be used for temporary sales or construction offices, within a subdivision or planned unit development (PUD), approved for platting or replatting, after recording of the final plat, and after a site plan has been approved by the applicable village authorities. Occupancy permits for such model homes shall not be issued, however, until compliance with the following provisions:
      1.   No occupancy permit 1. See section 5-11-5 of this code. 1 shall be granted by any village official for the use of any building or any dwelling unit contained therein, structure or land improvement within a subdivision or planned unit development (PUD) until the improvements as set forth in subsections A1 through A6 of this section have been installed, inspected and approved by the applicable village authority, and
      2.   The following have been ordered from the applicable utility or authority:
         a.   Streetlights; and
         b.   Street signs, including regulatory signs. (Ord. 1998-6, 5-12-1998)
