6-1-6: PENALTY:
In addition to all other remedies, any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this title shall be sentenced as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 2011-29, 12-20-2011)
