6-1-4: ENFORCEMENT:
No plat of any subdivision shall be entitled to record in the recorder's office of the county having jurisdiction or have any validity until it shall have been approved in a manner prescribed in this title. (Ord., 5-15-1974; amd. 1997 Code)
