The "Personnel Manual of the Village of Minooka, Illinois, (collectively referred to as "Personnel Manual") is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, verbatim, with the same force and effect as if the same were fully set out herein. Said Personnel Manual, which sets forth the personnel rules for the Minooka Village employees, shall be and remain on file in the office of the Village Clerk. (Ord. 2015-04, 1-27-2015; amd.
