A seal, the margin or upper outer circle of which shall contain the words, VILLAGE OF MINOOKA, ILLINOIS, the lower outer circle of which shall contain the words, GRUNDY, KENDALL & WILL COUNTIES. The interior and center of said circle the words, VILLAGE SEAL, shall be the seal of this corporation (village), to be used in all cases that have been or shall hereafter be provided by the laws of the United States, the laws of the several respective states of the United States and the ordinances of the village, and in all cases in which, by the laws and customs of nations, it is necessary to use a seal by a village.
